About the Artist
Christine Raymond received her MFA in Painting and Drawing from the University of Idaho. She has had solo exhibitions at the Boise Art Museum and at various private galleries, and has shown in group exhibitions in Mexico and throughout the United States.
Raymond's paintings and gold-leaf art are in the permanent collections of the Hewlett-Packard Company, Nuveen Investments, U.S. Bank, the Boise Art Museum, the Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, and many other corporate collections, as well as in private collections in Zurich, New York, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Seattle, Dallas, Tampa, Milwaukee, and other cities.
A recipient of an Idaho Commission on the Arts Fellowship, she has completed public art commissions for the Boise Airport, the Ada County (Idaho) Courthouse, and the Boise Visual Chronicle, a city-owned collection exhibited at the Boise Convention Center and at City Hall.
